Why they chose this property

I followed my dream and moved to Los Angeles. Before I purchased I searched high and low for the perfect place to call home. I love this townhouse as it is almost brand new, I love the Mediterranean Open Concept Design. And of course I love the Location Location Location -- close to everything!

What makes this property unique

The location allows me to live close to the beach, yet be close enough to drive to the many offerings in Los Angeles and Orange County, Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, Downtown Los Angeles, Venice, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Long Beach Aquarium, Los Angeles Zoo, and the Getty Center just to name a few.
