1950’s country cottage close to I 80 & Hwy 49, downtown & old town.
There is a library, laundromat, grocery store, pharmacy, burger n cream, bus station, and Amtrak in walking distance from my home. Makes it really easy to see some of the neighboring mining cities, like Colfax.
You will have access to the entire house.
The Space:
Cozy little home, with big yard featuring a 4 person spa, Hammock, Trampoline & gas BBQ on the back porch. This 3 bedrooms, 1 bath home sleeps 5 and feels like your staying in a Doll House.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house. No access to Garage or office out building. Laundromat is around the corner.
The Neighborhood:
There is a library, laundromat, grocery store, pharmacy, burger n cream, bus station, and Amtrak in walking distance from my home. Makes it really easy to see some of the neighboring mining cities, like Colfax.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to auburn transit, greyhound, Amtrak, and very close to hwy 49 and I80 on-ramp.
Other Things to Note:
This cozy little home has a big yard featuring a 4-person spa, Hammock, Trampoline, popcorn machine, and gas BBQ on the back porch. It sleeps 5 and feels like you're staying in a Doll House.
Walking distance to Greyhound and Amtrak, and very close to Hwy 49 and I80 on-ramp, downtown & old town.
Interaction with Guests:
I will occasionally need to access the garage or check the chemicals in the Spa. This home is my Part-time residence, so some personal belongings are in the closets and drawers.
If you use something, I'm happy to share. I only ask that you put things back the way you found them.
