Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch oasis, located only 2 miles outside of Lincoln! This spacious, inviting, and luxury home offers you a comfortable escape with relaxation amenities such as 6-person hot tub and full body message chair. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Enjoy them at the dining room table, or on the deck outside where you will find 2 large tables.

When you walk in the front door, you will be welcomed by the open floor plan and rich, luxurious decor. You will be amazed at this house! Spacious living room with a 65` smart TV with all streaming apps! Cabinet with board games/ card games is located under the TV. High speed internet throughout the whole house! The kitchen is fully stocked for any meal you may want to make, with appliances such as crock pots, pressure cooker, air fryer, rice cookers, blenders, and more. Completed with a drawer of over 50 seasonings for anything you may desire to cook. The pantry is stocked with staples such as pasta, sauces, rice, canned goods and more. Two master suits with private entrances are on each side of the house. The third bedroom is located on the left side of the house, with the bathroom steps away. All 4 Bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for streaming. The fourth bedroom is also located on the left of the house, with the bathroom attatched. Each room is supplied with all the necessities and complimentary amenities.
Spectacular views and sunsets from the deck while you lounge on the outdoor furniture, grilling yummy steaks.

15-25 people- 700$ extra
25-35 people- 1500$ extra

50-75 people- 3500$ extra
100+ another venue on the neighboring property will be recommended.

Lincoln is a charming town with no shortage of wonderful food. This ranch oasis backs up to the beautiful Triple Crown Equestrian Center. View many horses right from the porch. THE HOUSE IS EXTREMELY PRIVATE. PRIVATE GATE ENTRANCE.

But, this is a full-time training facility specializing in cutting horses, barrel horses, and rope horses. Tours of the facility or riding lessons available. (Upon request, for a fee, not guaranteed)

Private access gate with keypad, located off West Wise Rd. Fully gated property. Perfect property if you bring your dogs! Guaranteed they cannot get out of the backyard!
Spacious parking for all vehicles. No garage/ covered parking. Motorhome/ RV parking available with 2 full hookups (upon request and extra fee).

Spacious and access friendly driveway for any type of vehicle. No shortage of parking.
RV`s and motorhomes allowed with 2 full-service hook ups (water and 50amp) available for additional charge. No sewage. Please disclose this when booking.
Please SMOKE OUTSIDE. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Including discarding ash/ bud/ butts of cigarette and joints OUTSIDE. Please be respectful. 500$ fee requested for smoking in the house.

If there is an excessive amount of towels used, please start laundry!
You will be charged 50$ if there is excessive towels and laundry.
