Sunrise Bliss

If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax, our Newly-Built guest house is a perfect choice. The stylish beach dwelling is located in a safe Kitty Hawk neighborhood within walking distance to a sound and 4 min drive to Hayman public beach access with a parking lot/amenities.

The space
This beautiful two-story house has a spacious deck where you can enjoy a sunrise over a cup of coffee or watch marvelous sunsets with a glass of wine. When you step inside, you’ll see a modern living room that opens up to a kitchen and dining space.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to treat your family/friends to a delicious meal: from a waffle maker to cook breakfast to an Instant Pot pressure cooker to prepare a quick dinner. The kitchen also features a small coffee station with a Keurig Duo coffee maker, K-Cup coffee pods, sugar, and cream. You don’t have to worry about cleaning supplies; for your convenience, there are laundry/dishwasher detergent pods in the kitchen cabinet under the sink.
The house accommodates four people. It has a master bedroom with a king size, another bedroom with two twin beds, and one shared bathroom with a bathtub. The washer and dryer are available on the same floor in the laundry closet. We provide clean towels and sheets. In a closet of the master bedroom, you can find a Pack n’ Play crib, a baby booster seat for the table, an iron, and an ironing board.
The house has wireless Internet, LG 65” TV in the living room as well as Roku TVs in each bedroom.
In our pet-friendly house, you can find a dog bed (master bedroom closet) and food/water bowls (under kitchen sink).
While outside, enjoy cooking barbecue on a gas grill (a propane tank is provided). If it gets too hot, freshen up in the outdoor shower.
When heading to the beach, don’t forget to grab a cart, beach chairs, cooler bag, or tent we have for you in the outdoor shower.

Guest access
The rental house is located on the same lot as the owner’s main house, however, our guests can fully enjoy the privacy and separate driveway entered from W Tateway Rd.
Guests have no access to the owner’s garage.

Other things to note
We kindly ask not to park on the grass. There is plenty of space in the car port. Thank you.
Pets rules/fees: 2 pets maximum; $150 fee for each pet; no pets allowed on the furniture.

Another amazing stay

This is the second time I stayed at Sunrise Bliss and it did not disappoint! Such an amazing property with an even better host. The attention to detail is really what makes this place so special. We’ll be back again!

One of the best vrbo rental properties we’ve ever stayed in!

Exceeded our expectations. This is a few blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was a very nice, quiet neighborhood with a great walking/ biking trail along the bay. This was one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The host had everything perfect when we arrived. It was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The host went above and beyond with little touches to make us feel at home and welcome. Highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful Home!

This was an absolutely beautiful home, placed within just a few miles of pretty much anything you could want to do in the Kitty Hawk area. Just a short drive from the Wright Brothers Memorial, Bodie Island lighthouse, Jockies Ridge, and only 30 minutes from Manteo. The next time we're out towards Kitty Hawk, we'll definitely be booking this location!

Great Location and Nicely Furnished

This cottage was in a great central location for exploring all that the outer banks has to offer. It was very well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we loved the morning sunrise view from the porch/deck. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed walking on the multi purpose trail at the end of the street. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely consider staying here again.

Great March Visit

This cottage was the nicest and cleanest beach location we have ever stayed at. The photographs on-line were completely accurate, and the cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner thought of every amenity, and provided it within the property. This locale is perfect for a couple and is highly recommended.

Outstanding stay

Fantastic house! Immaculately clean and stocked with everything you could ever want and more. Alina’s attention to detail on everything is excellent; best I’ve ever seen at a VRBO house. Nice quiet neighborhood with a good jogging/cycling path (make a left, then left to pick it up). Thank you so much for such a great stay. We hope to return.

Spring Break in OBX

Our overall stay was everything we could have asked for and MORE! The house was stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed! The bath had lots of supplies available for us and the beds were extra comfy! My husband was shocked to find out we were not the first guest to stay here. Everything was cleaned beyond expectations. Our stay was amazing and we will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful experience

Great location with easy access to the beach with only a short drive. The house was extremely clean. It was so nice of the host to think of all the details including all of the kitchen appliances and utensils you would need, plenty of bath towels, coffee and wine, plenty of blankets and pillows, and even extra toiletries. Thank you for keeping this property so clean. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend.

Beautiful little home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this well kept, like new, rental. Everything you could possibly have forgotten was already there…beach gear (including towels), toiletries, and coffee pods. Not a perfect location if you want to go to the beach because you have to cross a very busy 4 lane highway but the street is quiet and easily walkable to the beautiful bay. We brought our bicycles too. This was our first stay on OBX.

OBX Vacation!

We had the most wonderful time in the Outer Banks and staying at Alina’s place in Kitty Hawk was the icing on the cake. It made the whole vacation seem-less we had everything we could possibly need- it is a great property clean and convenient we absolutely loved it as well as our German Shepherd he adored the house and loved sitting on the balcony people watching!!! Christmas in OBX

We arrived to find the house decorated for Christmas, complete with a tree. It was a perfect place for my family to spend Christmas. So grateful because we had to change our plans last minute and this house was such a blessing. Also it was, hands down, the most immaculate rental we’ve ever stayed in. It appeared we were the first ever guests (we weren’t). We didn’t want to leave!

Great house if you don't mind being on the Bay side

The house is super welcoming and convenient to necessities and entertainment/food. It was super clean and completely stocked with all you need, including beach accessories. This is more of an OBX problem rather than the house, but to go to the beach you really have to drive. So if you wanted to bike or walk, that's out of the question given that the road is very busy where you have to cross. There is a great bike trail near the property, but on the bay side.

Retirement Trip

After 20 years of teaching, my husband and I wanted to visit the Outer Banks for a nice get-a-away for a few days. My sister and her husband joined us as well. Unfortunately, my husband's mom past away 4 days before our time together at the house. He had to travel and I was left with my sister and brother in law. The house is in a great location as there are many things to do in walking distance and places to eat. We met nice neighbors as well. It really made my stay to be happy even though my husband was far away. It was super clean and all of the items in the house were new and very nicely decorated. The beaches are in walking distance or a few miles a way by car. Thank you for giving me a time to relax and reflect on the small things no matter how sad they may be. Being away for a few days gives me time to build memories with my family and return with my husband in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous house! ❤️

I want to thank you for allowing us to rent your gorgeous house for the last week! Anything you needed was there for you to use. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, Q tips, etc. It has a area where you can wash and get clean ( hot water) before you go inside the house after being at the beach! Plenty to cook with. I’m very picky about where we stay as I am a professional housekeeper and notice everything! Lol. But everything was spotless!! It was so relaxing and we slept so good. The bed was just perfect for us! Plenty of towels, wash clothes, hand towels as I like to have a clean towel every day. We will definitely be back again! If you’re looking for a very clean, warm and comfy place to stay on your vacation please, don’t let this gorgeous home get away from you! Thank you so very much!! The BEST and CLEANTIST house we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed at plenty! ❤️🤗

Amazing rental & very clean!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was impeccable - clean, modern design and furnishings, and extremely accommodating.
