Best view in the building at Wildwood Suites (AKA Wildwood Lodge)! You can see the top of Peak 10, the ski slope, and the stream from our condo. This location is incredible. A gem surrounded by trees and located right next to a stream. In the winter, ski right to the back door on 4 O'Clock ski run. In the summer, sit on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sound of the stream. Relax in the sauna or large outdoor hot tub. This top (second) floor, corner condo is sunny, quiet, and modern. Walk three blocks to Main Street (shopping and restaurants) or one block to the bus stop. Even better, walk five minutes to the Snowflake ski lift (access to Peak 8 & 9) or ski to the free shuttle. Ski-in via 4 O'Clock ski run.
Recent remodel with knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops, new upgraded windows, fresh paint, carpet and Brazilian Pecan tile. Bedroom upgrade with Arhaus St. Lucia bed and finely crafted alder dresser and nightstands. American Leather queen sofa (the Cadillac of sofa sleepers with an elite, proper mattress; no bars, no springs). Fairfield Townsend Bistro table, countertop height, and Amisco, Ronny swivel stools. Almost everything in the condo is new.
Living nearby in Golden, Colorado we spend a lot of time at our condo and we're sure you'll feel right at home. To name a few of the luxuries, we have robes, 8 pillows and room darkening shades in the bedroom. The condo is fully equipped for cooking with everything from a crock pot to a fondue pot, including Wusthof knives, All-Clad 13-Piece Cookware Set, Blendtech blender, and a Bosch dishwasher for cleanup. As one of our guests said, a chef’s kitchen! Plus a ski rack inside the condo.
Maximum occupancy 4 (monthly max occupancy 2) **our small condo is the perfect size for a couple**, 1 parking space. No pets, no animals (we are highly allergic), no drugs, no smoking of any kind (cigarette, pipe, marijuana or vapor).
There are four coin or credit card operated washers and four dryers in our small building. You’ll find pictures of the laundry room in our listing.

Loved the location. Skied right to the front door! Great view of the slopes too.
Great location. Easy to walk into town to enjoy restaurants and shops. Easy to get to slopes. Bus or walk to Village/Peak 9, bus to Peaks 7 & 8, walk to Snowflake lift. The condo is neat and clean and has all of the needed amenities including comfy beds.
Clean and cozy! Within walking distance to Breck’s amazing shops, restaurants and bars. Close proximity to a number of nature’s most scenic hiking trails. We can’t wait to return!
Great place as advertised in wonderful quiet location close to downtown and very informative hosts making transaction simple and easy. Space is tight for more than two but otherwise perfect!

This was a cozy apartment with a well-appointed kitchen and a pretty view. It’s an easy walk to Main St. The host was very responsive. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
The condo was just as nice as shown in the pictures. Great place for a couple whether you want to sit on patio and just enjoy the stream nearby or take an easy walk to downtown. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The unit was very nice, comfortable. We had a mechanical problem which was fixed in a day... the owner and VRBO people were very attentive to our needs... I would definitely stay there again...

Great location! Short walk to the Snowflake lift, and easy skiing back right to the condo complex. The unit has its own storage and is located next to the exit door, too - super convenient for storing skis (warm) and walking in ski boots (very close).
Communication with the owners was top-notch - great details, everything was so thought-through!
We loved our stay and have added this place to our “list” of places y to o look up for our next trip. Thank you for making our visit so easy and worry-free!

My name is Tammy Snyder, I was married August 2009 and my maiden name is Tammy McMinn. My husband is a firefighter lieutenant and has been active in search and rescue missions. We are both outdoor enthusiasts and love to travel. I traveled through the Alps snowboarding for 3 months during the 1996/1997 winter and visited 12 ski stations among my favorites are Chamonix, France and Verbier, Switzerland. In 1998, I set a world record in snowboarding 305,525 vertical feet in just under 15 hours. As you can guess, my greatest passions in life are snowboarding, telemark skiing, biking, rock climbing, and the mountains. Our condo in Breckenridge is our oasis, please enjoy your stay!

The stream right near the deck, view of Peak 10, and quiet street all attracted me to the building location. Plus Breckenridge is one of the best ski towns in Summit County.
What makes this property unique
After traveling through Southeast Asia for over a year, especially while trekking through Nepal, I developed a knack for finding excellent places to stay. My preference was a sunny, top corner unit with a great view. I looked at nearly a dozen properties in Breckenridge until I found exactly what I was looking for. As a bonus I can easily walk to town, walk to the ski lift, and ski home to the back door.
