Southern Charmed Cozy Farmhouse Bungalow
Newly renovated farmhouse styled bungalow just minutes from Downtown Charleston. Kick back and enjoy the spacious front porch or back deck. With ample parking and plenty of yard to enjoy outdoor activities.
Must be 25 & up to rent. No parties allowed! If you have over 6 people without permission you will be asked to leave.
This is a quiet older neighborhood and we respect our neighbors.
Also no drugs or smoking allowed.
There is a master bedroom with a queen bed. The guest bedroom has bunk beds. One twin on top and a full size one bottom.
Stand up shower with vanity
Living room has a convertible couch that turns into a sleeper for 2 kids or 1 adult.
There is a laundry room that is accessible outside on the back porch.
Please note- our cleaners use the washer and dryer so it’s communal.
