About this property
2 Bedroom STEPS to food & nightlife - Minutes to Beaches - NO cleaning fee!
-About this space-
Enjoy a dedicated experience at this centrally located home. This fully renovated unit is across the street from a small, quiet park & is only 3 blocks from dozens of Park Circle restaurants, bars & shops. The home is in walking distance of Riverfront Park, Holy City Brewing, Firefly Distillery, Commonhouse Aleworks and COAST Brewing Co. to name a few. The home is ~10 minutes by car to the airport, the N. Charleston Coliseum & Credit One Stadium (Daniel Island). ~30 min. drive to the beaches!
-The space-
The space is cozy, eclectic, fun and makes anyone feel right at home. We hear this weekly about the unit and are proud to have a space others feel instantly comfortable in. The entire unit was renovated and prepared for the specific purpose of being a short-term rental so it has just about everything one could need on a trip to the coast of South Carolina. We think you will love it!
-Guest access-
Guests will have access to the entire UNIT B of the property as well as the connected parking spaces and backyard for that unit. My wife and I work out of town quite a bit, but UNIT A is where we call home.
PARKING (PAY ATTENTION):
There is a gravel parking spot 10 feet to the left of the UNIT B front door. This gravel spot is on the right side of the big oak tree and is marked with a big orange cone. PLEASE make sure you are parked on the VRBO property and NOT in the neighbor's driveway. If you don't see an orange cone directly in front of you, you are in the wrong gravel spot.
In addition, you can park on the long grass strip along the road in front of the house as well as the large parking pad on the corner of Bethany and O'hear.
All of these listed areas (gravel spot w/ orange cone, strip of grass in front of house, parking pad on corner of street) are FREE parking for the VRBO.
PLEASE just make sure to not park in the yard, the neighbors gravel spot or block any sidewalks. When you arrive, PLEASE double check that you are parked correctly. Thank you in advance!
We're rather new to VRBO, but please check our HUNDREDS of 5-star reviews on Air-Bnb to see what others think!

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and cozy but is surrounded by fun. There are more than a dozen unique restaurants, breweries, distilleries and shops within a few blocks of the apartment.
Firefly Distillery, Commonhouse Aleworks and COAST Brewing are a few of the breweries/distilleries that have great drinks, great live music events and are all just a few minutes from the apartment by foot.
There are also several parks within a few blocks of the apartment. Triangle Park, Riverfront Park and Park Circle to name a few. Triangle Park is directly across the street from the apartment, Riverfront Park is a great spot for sunrise/sunset or live events and Park Circle has the largest inclusive playground in the country!
Walking a few blocks home after being up the street for food, drinks and entertainment is a real treat. I've lived all over the Charleston area, and this neighborhood is by far my favorite spot!

What makes this property unique
The apartment is perfectly located in this area as to be not far from anything, but far enough away that it feels quiet and calm when you arrive home. The apartment is nestled just behind all of the great restaurants and is surrounded by all of the great parks.
Staying on or near East Montague Ave. can get louder in the evenings due to all the great bars, restaurants, shops, etc. so being 3 or 4 blocks away is perfect because you are close enough to get to any of the fun in about 2 minutes by foot, but far enough away that the 'downtown' noise dissipates by the time you and your group get back to the apartment.
A quiet home and neighborhood surrounded by fun and lots to do!
