Ladispoli is italian seaside town in the province of Rome, Lazio region, convenient for spending short holidays by the sea next to the Free beach and near the capital (Rome), for those who want to visit the Colosseum and go back to walking on the beach. Central position of the house helps the wonderful stay also without a car.

The dark sand beach is 100 meters from the house.

The entrance is independent from the external stairs. First floor 40 square meters: entrance hall with kitchenette, a bedroom with two queen size beds, a bathroom with shower cabin and laundry; second floor 40 square meters: roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, table, sunbeds and mini pool.

Train station "Ladispoli-Cerveteri" is a 10 minute walk from the house.
BIRG - Regional Day Ticket (Integrated) is valid until 24.00 on the day of stamping and for an unlimited number of journeys within the Lazio Region relating to the areas indicated on the ticket.
Ciampino Airport can be reached by train in an hour and 20 minutes with a change in Rome.
Fiumicino Airport "Leonardo da Vinci" can be reached by train in an hour and 20 minutes with a change in Rome.
The car is not necessary for getting around the city or to reach Rome.
Parking next to the house on the street is free.

To take into consideration the dimensions of the rooms, the shower enclosure of 60 cm x 80 cm. with folding door that opens inside.

The dishwasher is located in the outdoor kitchen on the terrace.

The roof terrace with the second kitchenette is accessed by an external staircase.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a double sink with hot water, a dishwasher with a short wash cycle and a hob with four natural gas burners. To light the fire you need to take a lighter from the drawer below.

The mini pool is available from April to October or upon request.

There are some things that guests will have to do personally to keep the water inside the minipool always clear and clean: clean the filter every day.
