This place is absolutely perfect for a group of four visiting DC. The location was safe and close to restaurants, the Capitol and the metro. It was cute, clean and comfy. The hosts were quick to answer questions and to help us with whatever we needed. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect place to stay in DC, in terms of both the space itself and the location. Wolde provides everything needed for a great stay, including really comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and responsive communication. It is within easy walking distance of the Capitol, Library of Congress, and the Smithsonian museums, and only a short Lyft away from the Wharf and other attractions.

This was an absolutely wonderful option for our family! Our daughter has mobility restraints and it was two blocks from the metro and maybe 4 or so to Capitol Hill! It was clean and in a very nice, safe area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook. The bathroom had toiletries and the washer dryer even had detergent! It was very comfortable for our family of 5 for a week. I don’t think you could do much better as far as location, price, or cleanliness. Thank you Wolde!

Great place to stay in DC. Wolde was incredibly easy to communicate with, and he provides clear instructions on how to use everything. Getting in was so easy. The place was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, and easy to walk to places to eat and to the Capitol and the Mall. Highly recommend!

This was a great location. Easy walk to see a National's game or grab dinner in the Navy Yard. Also easy to get to all of the museums and see all the national monuments. Great host! Very communicative.

We loved our stay! The property was beyond clean and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds and complimentary coffee pods. The owners were quick with communication, which made our entire stay including check in and check out seamless. The location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot for Our DC Vacation

Just what we needed for our stay in DC. Walking distance to US Capitol and surrounding buildings. Quick walk to Metro and bike stations, Whole Foods for groceries and several restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and surrounding areas; lots of people out walking dogs, etc. The property was very clean and nicely renovated. So glad we found this spot!

Our stay was perfect! The owners were amazing, helpful, responsive, flexible, professional and kind. This might be the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The location was perfect and the apartment was extremely clean and modern. It was our first time to DC and we got so lucky staying at this VRBO. The area/neighborhood is clean and beautiful. It is also very close to the capital and easy to get to all the things we wanted to do... Including attend a Nationals game. We used the lime scooters a lot and found them fun and convenient. We also walked a lot and always felt safe. Loved the whole foods and compass coffee shop that was extremely close. The restaurants and bars near the stadium were delightful. We also enjoyed yard park and the wharf. As well as all the typical DC monuments and attractions. We definitely recommend this VRBO and this owner!
