We are offering 2 cabins with decks over looking Licking Creek. There is a beach area 2 hot tubs and fire ring all for your enjoyment. The 1 cabin is ADA compliant with open floor plan and 2 bedrooms. The other cabin offers a master suite with a jetted tub and a bunk bed room with 2 sets of bunks. This cabin has a 2nd full hall bath with a walk in shower. Both cabins have a laundry, full size kitchens, family rooms with fireplaces, decks with seating and fire pits for the cool evenings.

Great place for families!

We rented these cabins with our friends and their families and had such a great time! The property is beautiful and the cabins are very well equipped! The kids (and adults) loved the creek area and hot tubs!

Adults in one cabin, kids in the other. Hot tub, kayaks, and water...checks all our boxes! Both cabins are simply perfect, and the location is so secluded. We love this place, and will probably return for a 3rd year.

Relaxing time, beautiful location!

Our stay at the cabins was just what we had hoped for and more! Cabins and property were extremely clean and well-kept and everything provided as listed. The kayaks and tubes on the creek were a big hit! Loved sitting on the porches in the morning and just listening to the birds and watching deer and chipmunks the sitting by a campfire at night. The hosts were extremely kind, generous, quickly responsive and made the stay all the better. Would love to go back!

Quiet Peaceful Stay

We had both cabins for a bigger group, which I would suggest as both cabins are well worth it individually and even more so for both. There are multiple firepits, grills and places to relax. There are good places to just sit and watch the world turn, so to speak. I would recommend this to any number of people, but say you want to get away but not far enough that you can't check your phone or watch a netflix show - these places are BOTH great and together are even better.

Everything that you need for a fun outdoors getaway

The cabins are fantastic. Super clean and the location at the creek gave us plenty to do for our whole stay. The kayaks and tubes were really nice to have. We stayed with 2 toddlers, 4 teens/pre-teens and 4 adults. Lots of fishing, creek wading, and nature exploring. The only thing we noticed was that the wifi in the handicap cabin was nonexistent/too slow to even use the TV. It worked fine in the other cabin. Would definitely stay again

Waterfront Wonderland!

Exactly as advertised! Perfectly appointed. Well thought-out. Attention to detail! We rented both waterfront cabins for our combined family vacation. The adults stayed in 1 cabin, and the kids stayed in the other. It provided perfect separation, but just a few steps away we when need to call them to eat or check on them. The kayaks and tubes make for great water exploration, and the 2 looped trails (1 in the mountains and 1 by the water) are perfect for hiking. Everything has been thought of from the landscaping to the pillows to the heating/cooling to the firepits to the hot tubs to the driveway. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We, as long-time beach goers, may have just become cabin goers. Thank you!
