Large upscale Condo near BEACHES-OWA-all sports complexes-RESORT style pool!
WORK TRAVELERS WELCOME!! If you are looking for a centrally located Condo, this is it. This property is newest to the rental market and is extremely well-kept, fully stocked with kitchen equipment and extras - and plenty of room for the entire family. Central in the area, Foley and Gulf Shores Sports complexes and any of of the smaller fields around this area. SAFE and QUIET location. Features a greatroom/living/dining/kitchen combo that opens to an outdoor area. This condo is much larger than what you would find comparably beachfront!! All new mattresses, large television in greatroom, everything for comfort. YMCA is directly across the street for a workout. Large on-site resort style pool steps away and walking distance to grocery. Publix and Walmart and Large Outlet Mall are directly across 59 Hwy while this complex is nestled in an upscale neighborhood just behind many many many choices for restaurant/retail. Forget the beach traffic and prices! Come enjoy our place. Since we are new to this platform, please ask for our reviews. We are long-time “innkeepers” and love what we do. We would love to share our reviews from other platforms! Our very large pool includes lounge chairs, patio tables, and dressing area/bathrooms, a pergola area for eating, and a soothing waterfall feature. It is steps away from this Condo but fully gated and locked. Baby pool is separately secured within.
