The Space:
SLEEPING: Bedroom 1 King bed (sleeps 2) - Upper Level; Bedroom 2 Queen bed (sleeps 2) - Main Level; Bedroom 3 King bed (sleeps 2) - Main Level; Bedroom 4 2 twin bunk beds and queen size sleeper (sleeps 4) - Main Level. Pack n play provided.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the pristine nature reserve of Cucumber Patch which is adjacent to the nordic center and 1/4 mile from Peak 8 ski area base. A quick walk to the end of the road will bring you to the shuttle stop which comes by every 10 minutes. Hop on this free shuttle for a two minute ride which will bring you to the base of peak 8 where you will begin your day of skiing/riding. Ski area access could not be easier! Grab the shuttle to and from Main Street as well. The house is located next to the best nordic skiing trails in Breckenridge and in a pristine neighborhood in the heart of Breckenridge's outdoor offerings. Parking for four cars - two in the heated garage and two outdoor spaces. A four wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during winter months.
Getting Around:
Golden Foxes at Cucumber Creek is located on Peak 8 with a free shuttle stop just a 2 minute walk from the front door. Grab the shuttle for a quick and easy ride to the base of Peak 8 where you will begin your day of skiing. The house is located just 0.8 miles from the ski area base so the shuttle ride is short and easy. If you are feeling energetic, you can also walk to and from the base of Peak 8. In many ways, the shuttle is a more convenient and easy mode of transport than the gondola in that there are no lines at the end of the day and you will be back home sipping hot chocolate while many are still waiting. Or, take the shuttle in the other direction to get to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Main Street Breckenridge is located just 0.75 miles from the house. The shuttle is free and comes by every 30 minutes in during summer months and every 15 minutes during winter months. It runs until 6:15 to 11pm daily during ski season with similar but a bit more limited hours during shoulder season and summer months. The Breckenridge Nordic Center is located 0.3 miles (a 2 minute walk) from the front door. The Nordic Center trails cover over 2000 acres of natural preserve with spectacular mountain views! 0.8 miles to the base of peak 8 0.75 miles to Main Street Breckenridge 0.4 miles on a path to the mid-station gondola in Shock Hill 0.3 miles (2 minute walk) to the Breckenridge Nordic Center.
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy one of several outdoor areas. Enjoy outdoor dining for 6 and a Weber gas grill. Luxuriate in the lower patio area while enjoying the fire pit and six person hot tub. Warm your toes after a long day of outdoor activities with the in floor radiant heat.

If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
