Two heated pools (1 - kids, 1 - adults only), plus kids wading pool and giant adult hot tub. Huge beach area with lifeguards and floating dock, tennis / pickleball and basketball courts, well-equipped gym. Gated community family oriented. On-site restaurant/bar open Thur-Sun and General store. Walking trails, canoes, kayaks. Close to Kimball Farms Ice Cream and Activity Center, The Butterfly Place, New Hampshire tax free shopping. Quick drive to ocean, Boston and mountains.

Clean cottage recently professionally designed with comfort and function in mind, freshly painted. Each bedroom features a queen bed (premium mattresses and pillows) with extra sleeping options available including a pack n’ play for little ones, sleeping for 6. Linens and bath and beach towels provided. Cottage has high speed Wi-Fi with USB outlets in bedrooms, reading nook, Alexa smart speakers, cable TV with streaming services, like Netflix available, well-stocked clean kitchen, new cookware, Keurig coffee maker and standard coffee maker, hair dryer, air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms, along with washer / dryer. Outdoor seating area, dining table and Weber grill. Fishing poles and pool noodles for kids and adults alike. Golf cart available for easy access to all amenities, although easily walkable.

Seven day minimum and discounts available for stays longer than 7 days. Summer Village Westford is open mid-April to mid-October. Strictly no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or pets allowed.

5 stars isn’t enough!!

The home had everything we needed. The amount of activities made it that we didn’t even have to leave the community if we didn’t want to. We spent three days relaxing at the pool and pond. The restaurant on site is exceptional. The location is perfect! We were able to take day trips to Cape Cod, Salem, Boston and Gloucester for whale watching. Pam, the host is very helpful and attentive. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend to friends and family! 10/10

Best place ever!

We stayed here for 5 weeks. I had no idea when I booked it how amazing it would be. My kids say it was the best summer ever. The cottage is so cute. The location is amazing and all the amenities are amazing. They cottage community has so many activities going all the time, the beach and lake are so fun with a dock you can swim to, there is a restaurant on the weekends, riding the gold cart around, the swimming pool… I can’t say enough good about this place! I wish I owned one. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Pam was so helpful and so easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved it.

We stayed at Summer Village for just over a month during the Covid pandemic, to get away from it all. We live close by, but it was perfect with the heated pools, hot tub, pickleball, tennis courts and of course the lake to swim, kayak and canoe We fell in love with the resort type feel and bought our own cottage here just over a year later.

We like to be outside as much as possible and this place feels like you are in the New Hampshire or Maine woods, but with lots of amenities close by.
