Urlaub

Das Haus ist feriengerecht ausgestattet, es ist in der Küche alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Es ist hell und gemütlich, es befinden sich Moskitonetz an den Fenstern. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus sehr sauber, das hatten wir in Spanien so noch nicht erlebt. Eine Grundausstattung an Spülmittel und Spülmaschinentabs sowie ein Schwamm und ein Lappen waren auch vorhanden. Der Aussenpool ist sehr schön in den Garten integriert und von außen nicht einsehbar.

dejadez del jardín y palmeras

la casa en general está bien. Eché en falta que la verja fuera automática por comodidad. llama la atención la ausencia de alumbrado público por esa zona. por último, la dejadez del jardín. la falta de poda de las palmeras, hizo que dos días de viento amanecieramos con la piscina blanca de porquería de las palmeras. pasándonos dos mañanas limpiandola con una pequeña redecilla de pesca que encontramos. el resto de día teníamos que estar de vez en cuando quitando esas porquerías.

Mejor el exterior que el interior

Exterior de la casa fantástico. El interior, dejaba mucho que desear, sobretodo el salón con sillones incómodos y sucios. Eso sí, la inmobiliaria atraves de la que lo hicimos fantástica!! Repetiremos con ellos.

Positiv: Ruhige Lage, gepflegtes und sauberes Grundstück inkl. sauberem Haus (kleiner Abstrich: im kleinen Bad gibt es Schimmel an der Decke und die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer läuft zwar, setzt aber das Wohnzimmer unter Wasser, da es tropft), Pool top, Außenküche top Negativ: Katzen die um essen betteln, Schimmel im kleinen Bad, Außenbeleuchtung sollte erweitert werden und vielleicht mit Bewegungsmeldern versehen werden, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer tropft, keine Einbruchssichere Tür zum Vorraum

Fenomenal

Muy bien el alojamiento, quizá por poner algún pero, que la bañera de uno de los baños no tenía cortina ni mampara, con lo que no se podía usar y en el Salón echamos de menos un sofá, pues aunque había cuatro butacas individuales terminabas cansado. Pero un lugar recomendable
