New building with two bedrooms
K1 my second home stands for "Living like at home". The specially designed new building was structured and furnished so that all tenants feel at home from the first day. Whether short-term guests, people looking for a new challenge in Munich or students, the K1 provides the all-round carefree package for the highest living standards. The solid construction with bricks, the specially developed energy concept, the increased sound insulation, the high-quality joinery built-in furniture, professional kitchens with granite worktop and the home automation system at the highest level contribute to an absolute feel-good climate. All tenants have a personal contact who is not only available for rental questions, but also happy to help you start in the new home.
