Spacious, quiet apartment, conveniently located

This quiet, cozy apartment was a very comfortable home away from home and proved a convenient base to explore Munich. It is a short walk to public transit and there are cafes, restaurants and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. I would add that the owner was especially friendly and very helpful which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Bright and comfy apartment

Our hostess, Frau Geggenfurtner, was super friendly and very patient because, due to traveling problems, we were very late in arriving. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and tastefully-furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped and practical with a full oven, a dishwasher and enough dishes to make using it worthwhile. Beds were very comfy. The shower was sufficiently spacious and hot water good. Close to a U-bahn station and bus service. The stairs up to the apartment are very narrow so be careful, especially with luggage. The sliding front door is a little unusual but we got used to it pretty easily.

München entdecken

Wir wurden freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und mit der Wohnung vertraut gemacht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U - Bahn und zur Bushaltestelle. Damit ist man schnell in der Innenstadt oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Schloß Nymphenburg. Auch der Aldi-Markt ist nur max. 10 Minuten entfernt.

Giesinger Impressionen

Die FW liegt sehr zentral. In der näheren Umgebung sind fussläufig Restaurants und Biergärten zu erreichen. Giesing ist ein sehr schöner Stadtteil, ganz in der Nähe der FW fließt die Au. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, in der FW mangelt es an nichts und wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Angenehmes Wohnen in Giesing

Wir haben unseren 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in München sehr genossen, wozu unsere geräumige und hell und freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung sicherlich beigetragen hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktionierte prima. Auch wenn das Treppenhaus noch nicht renoviert war, befand sich die Whg. in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Aldi oder etliche Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung durch eine nah gelegene UBahn ist perfekt. Frau Gegenfurtner ist eine engagierte und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert hat.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Karins Wohnung war perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in München. Geräumig, gemütlich, ruhig und super eingerichtet. Und die Lage ist toll: Isarstrand und Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen, und unzählige Restaurants und Cafés direkt im die Ecke. Insbesondere das "Ganz Woanders" ist eine echte Entdeckung!

Ruhige Lage, Küche gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist zwar ruhig gelegen, allerdings erreicht man dank unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und fast fußläufiger Distanz zur Innenstadt leicht alle relevanten Touri-Spots. In der Küche kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.

Nette Unterkunft

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett. Wir hatten unseren Hochzeitstag in dieser Zeit und sie hat uns zur Begrüßung einen Blumenstrauß geschenkt. Auch sonst hat sie uns gute Informationen gegeben. Das Tagesticket für den Parkplatz hat sich auf 11,-- Euro erhöht und man sollte wirklich immer genügend Geld einwerfen. Ist man eine Minute über der Zeit bekommt man sofort ein Knöllchen (20,- bis 30,-- Euro). Andere Autos bekamen allerdings keine Knolle, selbst wenn sie auf Behindertenparkplätze standen. War etwas merkwürdig. Wir hatten aber eine wunderschöne Woche in München.

Modernes, zentral gelegenes Apartment mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Städtetrip genutzt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung, die sich in einem älteren Haus befindet, ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man in einem Spaziergang erreichen, ansonsten gibt es auch eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns noch den einen oder anderen Tipp für Unternehmungen in der Stadt gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Für Kurzurlauber in München gute Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist hell und für zwei Personen geräumig. Die Lage für die Erkundung von München ist gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Das Treppenhaus ist renovierungsbedürftig, so dass der erste Eindruck nicht sehr positiv ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in zentraler und ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten Dank dieses Glücksgriffes einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in München. Vom U Kolumbusplatz und der Buslinie 52 ist man im Nu an allen Sehenswerten Ecken rund um das Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aldi dm etc und bezahlbare Gastronomie sind fußläufig (wenige Minuten) erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, die Gastgeberin hat trotzdem zwischendurch nach uns gesehen und wertvolle Tips zum Sightseeing gegeben. Danke Karin, wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Dir gefühlt!

Appartement au calme dans un joli quartier

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Mme Gegenfurtner a été très accueillante et a donner des bons informations sur le quartier. Plusieurs restaurants juste à côte, magasins juste à côté et un parc et la rivière Isar juste à côté. On a adoré et ont va revenir!
