Great location for what we wanted to do while we were there and everything seemed to be in great working order with plenty of room which we needed for the three adult couples that were there
House was very clean and decorated beautifully. Each room had its own charm. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any request and comments. Parking was good because we didn’t have to park in the street. Washer and dryer was available but we didn’t use them. Would definitely stay here again!
It was awesome staying in such an old home rich with history! We understand it's tough to keep such old properties up to modern day standards, but they do a great job with this charming home. We enjoyed the location of it as well, as it was less than a mile from most of our interests. The main room didn't have central AC, and we had a hard time keeping it cool and comfy to sleep when it was warm at night.Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Just a few small things needed here and there with paint and floors, etc., but overall we had a blast experiencing such a historical property in a great city! We would recommend staying at this property!

I appreciate the kind words, but I do need to clarify something.
The entire house is central air & heat. Brand new in fact.
The front bedroom & secondary bedroom has an additional window unit just to be sure our guests are comfortable in the Southern summers.
Beds were very comfortable. Central air conditioning worked great. Window unit in the first bedroom was not working good. Great location..very nice having 3 bathrooms
The property was beautiful and a pleasure to stay in! It actually has 4 bedrooms instead of 3, and 3 bathrooms, which is a plus for large families. It was within 5 minutes or so from everything we wanted to see!
We have stayed in this house three times. It is perfectly situated, making traveling around Natchez easy. The house itself is gorgeous, the bedrooms large and comfortable. The three bathrooms are so nice and essential when traveling with 6 or more people. We will definitely stay here again.
Upon entering, we noticed the exterior of the home could use a good pressure washing. Once inside, we found a bill from the bug man which made sense of why we found two dead cockroaches and several other dead bugs inside. Other than the dead bugs, the home was very clean. The home had a musty smell we noticed right away; especially in the rear of the home. We never could get the TV in living room to work. The queen size bed squeaked loudly. To get the microwave to work we had to unplug the refrigerator temporarily as only one of the plugs in that outlet worked. Our hostess was very responsive when we messaged her. Overall it was a nice stay.
The family enjoyed the house tremendously. They appreciated all the antique decor items.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
My 3 siblings and I enjoyed a very pleasant family reunion at this nice cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Natchez. Everything was as stated in the write-up. Host was very prompt in answering any questions. The kitchen was nice. Everything was good. It is SO nice to have the whole house to ourselves, plus a front porch, plus a U shaped rear porch overlooking woods.
Great house with a lot of charm. It was more spacious than we expected. The home was clean and in good condition, especially for an older property. The host was excellent. I left a tablet behind, and she quickly took care of shipping it back the next day.We would definitely stay here again.
Host was more than accommodating and answered any questions we had. She also gave great recommendations on things to see and do! Property was cozy and felt very safe.
