The "Great Sea" lies between the two cities of Aurich and Emden.
It is the largest and most important East Frisian inland sea

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Flachmoorsee on Geestrand.
There you will find bathing pleasure and recreation for young and old.

From east to west, the lake has a width of about one kilometer and the distance from the northern shore of the lake to the southern edge is about 4.5 kilometers.
The lake thus covers a total area of approximately 460 hectares. 2
