Hello, would you like to spend your next vacation on the North Sea? Great, because we offer you a lovingly furnished, family-friendly apartment (92 sqm) on the upper floor of a city villa.

The spacious apartment offers two bedrooms,
a living-dining room,
a bathroom, a kitchen,
a wellness room with an infrared cabin and a hallway enough space for 1 - 4 people.

It is located in a quiet location and has a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the canal.

Our kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, plastic containers, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and much more. fully equipped.

In our cozy living-dining room you can relax, take their meals together, play games or simply enjoy a relaxing evening on the TV.

The bathroom has a towel heater, a sink with vanity unit, a mirror, a toilet, a washing machine and a towel rack.

Hand and bath towels, bed linen and the use of the washing machine are included in the rental price.

The apartment is technically up-to-date with underfloor heating and a ventilation system.

Special highlights of the apartment are the two smart TV sets, the adjoining roof terrace, a furniture safe with digital number lock and the infrared cabin in our wellness room.
