A perfect place to make your short/long term stay comfortable. Great for local college visits, travel nurses, business and leisure.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a track meet for a family of 5, and the space was perfect for our needs—clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. We also loved that a shopping center was close by, which made meals and last-minute errands super easy. Would definitely stay again!

From high quality furnishings & linens to little extras and great communication, every need was thoughtfully predicted and met. What a sweet haven in a quiet neighborhood!We came from out of state for surgery at Duke; this home was ideal! It’s a perfect location— a quick drive away from Duke, grocery stores, restaurants, and highways.

Clean, well-located home in Durham

We stayed at this property for a weekend while visiting family in the area. It was great for our group of 4 adults. Very clean, and the location was perfect - our family, Duke, and downtown Durham were all within a 10 min. or so drive. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Duke Visit

We stayed in this cute little house as our son attended a summer program at Duke. The house was perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, but driving distance to many amenities.

We enjoyed the Durham area and wish we had more time to stay. The well-stocked kitchen would have been out to use. Thanks for coffee set-up and soaps, etc. Very kind and had everything we needed.

Great house for a small family.

We were in town for a family wedding and the house and location were perfect. House was clean and very well appointed meeting our needs. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was because we had dogs barking next door late into the night.

Clean and Cute

This is a fantastic property. The location is outstanding. There are lots of sidewalks to get in a fitness walk and it is centrally located to Duke Regional and Duke Hospital. It was also very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you might need. We are looking forward to booking again.

Quiet and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was very comfortable. We were able to check in easily and the communication with the owner was detailed and thorough. The snack gift bag that greeted us was also a nice treat after a long travel day. We would definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful home.
