Great little place for a trip to visit family! It was clean and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our dogs absolutely loved the big backyard. Parking was extremely convenient!

Great little house!

Jim and Donna’s house is super clean and comfortable. My husband was having surgery at Duke and we booked for 6 days. It was awesome to be able to have our little dogs (2 toy poodles and 2 Chihuahuas) with us. They loved the yard! He was in the hospital for most of our stay and I was very comfortable being at the house on my own. We will definitely book again if we need to stay in Durham again.

Medical appointment at Duke

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Jim was very accommodating when we had to change dates a couple of times due to rescheduling at Duke. This property was clean and stocked with everything needed for our 2 day stay from cooking oil to bath supplies. I especially appreciated the doggie supplies. This house was about 10 minutes from the clinic which was a bonus.

Terrific stay in Old North Durham with Friends and Pets!

We were four adults (two couples) and three small dogs staying 4 nights. The fenced in front and bag yards were so handy to let the animals in and out--they had a lot of fun too. Having more than ample driveway space for two vehicles was also important. We enjoyed the neighborhood walks as well. Sharing the bathroom space worked fine. My only suggestion is that a slightly larger couch configuration in the living room would have helped since we were four adults---but we made do!. The hosts were very responsive before, during and after the trip. And per the advertisement--the WiFi was superb.

Hiked the Colorado Trail in two segments 304 miles and 184 miles (Denver to Durango). Love live music - MerlFest, FloydFest and locals. Two wonderful grandchildren.
