Fast Internet. 55" HD 4K Roku TV. Remodeled bathroom. New very comfy beds and pillows. Hardwood floors.

Blackout Curtains in both bedrooms for deep sleep.

Fully stocked ready-to-cook small kitchen. Washer and dryer. No dishwasher.

Donna loves to decorate and fuss over our 4 short-term rentals. I like to supply and fix them when needed. Love to hike - Everest Base Camp, Cho La and Renga La Passes, all over 17,300'. Hiked the Colorado Trail in two segments 304 miles and 184 miles (Denver to Durango). Love live music - MerlFest, FloydFest and locals. Two wonderful grandchildren.
