Great place

Convenient to waterfront, Balboa park.etc. Located near some rough looking areas but did not have any issues. Would stay there again.

Ok area, shower a little small.

Came to see our marine graduate, this place was close to ceremony, beach and many other areas.

Thank you for staying at 3 bedroom our vacation rental next to downtown San Diego & convention center! Your marine graduation weekend was right up our alley as we host about 20 of those per year from this house alone. Perfect house for a great price.

Girls Weekend

We came for a long weekend with a group of 7 females. Great location if you want to stay close to downtown/Gas Lamp. Definitely not walking distance day or night due to safety concerns but under a $10 Uber trip. Host was very responsive to all our requests and accommodated late checkout. Be prepared for loud neighborhood and music into late into the night/early AM.

When we arrived there were several young men in the house. They said they had been there a couple of days. We had paid for an early arrival of an hour since we had an event at 7. The property manager said they weren’t supposed to be there and made several excuses. Then they sent someone to clean which took another hour. We were worried the entire stay that they still had access and were only separated by a gate.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. We sincerely apologize for the confusion at check-in. This was an unusual situation where a previous group mistakenly entered the wrong house after a cleaner had left the door slightly open while finishing the turnover. As soon as we were notified, our team immediately addressed the situation, had the home fully re-cleaned, and ensured the property was secured. We understand how important a smooth arrival is, especially when you have plans that evening, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused at check-in. The reservation was not cancelled at the guest’s request, and we provided a $200 refund for the inconvenience. Since this incident, we have updated our procedures with our cleaning and operations team to ensure doors are secured immediately after service and that unit identification is even clearer for arriving guests. Other group did not have the code & we offered alternative lodging. We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve, and we’re glad we were able to resolve the situation quickly so the stay could continue as planned.

Bedsheets and towels were clean and good. The bathroom and the toilet were clean and good looking just like on the pictures. Floors, however, were a little dusty and all rooms lack good lighting (the are all dark) but that’s all minor.The real issue with the unit is it advertised a washer and dryer while it had only the dryer. Also, we didn’t use the dishwasher because there was no detergent for it. So, appliances must be fixed.Pay very close attention to the floor plan. People from the master bedroom can’t access common areas without coming through other rooms and people from the other rooms can’t shower without disturbing people in the master bedroom.The outdoor area also requires maintenance because it doesn’t match the pictures from the listing. Sand and outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned and organized so it at least close to the pictures.

Thank you for the review. Our washer had broken day before; was replaced. The Floorplan is provided so we do recommend looking at it if you are particular about layouts. We will definitely be refreshing the same, great idea! 🙌🌴 this house is a clean and reliable crash pad for downtown or working. It’s not a luxury vacation as you can see by the amazingly fair pricing.

The host was very responsive in a timely manner. Everything was very easy from check-in to check out the location alone was very convenient being so close to Coronado Beach, Mission Beach, Seaworld in so many other places. we had dinner on the first night there outside and it was great thank you again.
