Luxurious & Spacious Beach house with AC & private sunlit patio, steps to sand!

Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, enjoy this 3 bedroom 2-bathroom 2nd floor beach house! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, first guest room has two double/full beds second guest room has two twin beds and all the bedrooms have TVs and large closets and fans in every room. There is an additional full bathroom across the hall. There is a spacious vaulted living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couches. Our large newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person kitchen table. There is a large sunlit private patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area :) Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping! Sea World less than a 10-min drive, Airport & Downtown only a 10-15 minute drive! La Jolla only 20 minutes. Text Lisa @ 619-972-5858 to book!

I highly recommend this property. It was extremely clean. Lisa was responsive and easy to communicate with. It had everything you would need to cook and enjoy the area! It was very close to the beach and beach equipment was available! Amazing VROB!

Wonderful South Mission Beach House! Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach or Bay. We had a couple of issues that needed attention and Lisa was on it within minutes literally. Would love to come back and stay here again.

we had a slight misunderstanding about the number of bedrooms as listed on the ad, but overall the place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We contacted Lisa, the rental manager with a few questions and she was SUPER quick to respond. The place is really 'just steps from the board walk and beach! We would stay there again!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property in Mission Beach, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host, Lisa, was truly attentive to our needs. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The property itself was in fantastic condition and perfectly matched the listing—no surprises here! It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach! We loved being able to stroll down to the sand whenever we wanted. 5 Stars!!!! We are definitely coming back! This home is perfectly equipped with all necessities, from a fully functional kitchen, new appliances, full size comfortable furniture and lovely spacious- bedrooms and bathrooms! The beach towels and storage equipped with beach chairs, a great sand umbrella came in handy. This home also has one of the largest front-patios in sight, we didn’t use the grill but it was so nice to know grilling was always an option! It was incredible to be steps away from the sand volleyball courts and the beach, our morning walks were incredible! Also, our SUV fit perfect in the front parking space, We enjoyed Thai home so much, we stayed an extra night!! The owner is extremely communicative, gracious, kind and professional! Our family had the best time, we are already looking at dates to come back again!
Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful granite, new shaker cabinets, deep pantry, new modern stainless-steel appliances, huge basin sink, great peninsula bar— kitchen is larger than it seems!

This property is in a perfect location and quiet neighborhood. Super close to the beach and Bay. It’s also easily accessible to the rest of San Diego and walking distance to the roller coaster. There are bikes also available on the property.
