Three bathrooms make it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart 4K television to ensure each guest has their own entertainment. The Owner’s suite features an en-suite dual vanity with a wash closet while the two guest rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The main guest room also includes dedicated space for an included desk and office chair, with a printer/scanner available, to ensure you can take care of business whenever needed!

The lower level dining area includes seating for up to 8, with an open concept kitchen, stocked with all your cooking needs, including a Keurig coffee machine, pizza oven, air fryer, blender, toaster and utensils to prepare a variety of meals. The large living room sectional seats 8 adults comfortably, wrapping around a big screen 4K tv, perfect for winding down after a day full of adventure. Outside you’ll find a Weber grill, ready for any level of grill master to show off their skills.

Situated less than ten minutes to the Knoxville airport, only five minutes to downtown Maryville and within twenty minutes to UT-Knoxville, this beautifully appointed home will make your visit to beautiful Maryville, UT campus and the Great Smoky Mountains one for the books!

Lifelong Wisconsinite that fell in love with the charm of Maryville after my first visit. Relocated to Tennessee in 2024 and want to share everything that makes this part of the country special.

Why they chose this property

Tucked away from the busy-ness of Knoxville but a quick drive to downtown, airport and Smokies made this location highly desirable. This home is an end unit, oversized yard included, with limited noise from the nearest road, as it is situated on a dead-end with no pass-through traffic. Walmart, Target, Kroger, Publix, Foothills Mall and other shopping is within 5 miles of the home and new restaurants are popping up every day, it feels like!

What makes this property unique

A minimalist by nature, this home is rid of clutter and enables you as a guest to make it your own during your visit. WiFi speeds of up to 1gig with a mesh network allows all guests to enjoy their devices or take advantage of the four (!) large screen Smart 4K televisions. A separate working space in the guest room ensures that business can be handled when needed, along with ample counter and dining space for those guest that need to leverage multiple workstations.
