Little Ferry Inn is the perfect place to staycation, celebrate, wind down, and congregate. We provide a private, safe, resort-like environment for families, friends, corporate teams, and the pastoral community to spend time, enjoy the wonders of God's creation, and to be one with nature. It is our prayer that visitors of Little Ferry Inn find a place of healing, rest, rejuvenation, and restoration.
The 7,200 square foot property is nestled on 6.4 acres in King George, VA. Little Ferry Inn is a convenient drive to Fredericksburg, Dahlgren, and minutes to route 301. It is within 90 minutes of Washington, DC, Richmond, Annapolis, and Fairfax. With 240 feet of Potomac River frontage, a private dock with two boat lifts, and a sandy beach, it is ideally and uniquely situated for small gatherings, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and crabbing.
The custom-built estate features a main house with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. A breezeway connects the mother-in-law suite and it’s private bath to the main house. A separate carriage house supplies an additional apartment with it’s own kitchen, fireplace, and full bathroom. The carriage house and mother-in-law suite are available for rent as an add-on and ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING.
Additionally, Little Ferry Inn boasts a private swimming pool with a spa (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend), a pool house, an outdoor shower, an exercise room, a custom bar, and a billiards room. Kayaks, jet skis, and paddle boards are available to rent as well.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please take the trash and recycle bins to the gate entrance in front of the carriage. Trash bags are located in the pantry on the floor.
* Place recyclable items in the blue recycle bin.
Please leave all towels in a corner on the floor of their respective rooms. Keep all white items SEPARATE from any colored items.
Please fold back the comforter or blanket of any bed that was used. Do not make up any used beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
