This house is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house with stunning views and access to the Rappahannock. Great for quiet getaways with friends to enjoy cooking, games, fishing, swimming, bird watching and reading. Lots of privacy - each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom.

New to VRBO but a guest favorite on other platforms. Convenient to Fredericksburg, Dahlgren Naval Base and Fort Walker.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash - At the end of your stay, please securely bag all trash and place it in the black trash can in the garage. Place recycling in the blue bin in the garage. .
Thermostats -- Before you leave, please set both thermostats at 75 in the summer and 65 in the winter.
Please ensure all doors and windows are locked and lights are switched off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplaces - The fireplaces are NOT available for use due to safety concerns.
Water - Be conscious of water use. Hot water is limited. Only toilet paper should go in the toilet. Use the trash bin provided for everything else.
Grill - Feel free to use the grill on the patio. There is a dedicated propane line. Please turn it off when it’s not in use - perpendicular is off.

Wonderful property and home! The view is fantastic and the accommodations were amazing. The dock is a great place to sit and enjoy the view or go swimming. We will definitely be back!

Was looking for a quiet, low key weekend away from the hustle and bustle and definitely got it. The location is serene and relaxing; as soon as you see the water from the back deck, a weight lifts. I loved watching the sun come up every morning and taking in the scenery. The kitchen was fully stocked, making for a perfect, cozy afternoon undertaking cooking projects. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and the neighbors quiet with a friendly wave. What a great break from real life! Definitely will be back!
