In the beginning of 2019 newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, panoramic views, wifi and pool. All rooms are air conditioned. Large panoramic balcony in front of the living room and a bedroom. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and with additional balcony. Washing machine available. The pictures published here show the apartment before the final completion. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and a single bed.

Super Wohnung - schön außerhalb
Wir waren im Juni 2024 für 1 Woche in der Wohnung. Sie liegt zwischen Tossa und Lorret de Mar. Sie ist auserhalb und damit auch schön ruhig gelegen. In der Siedlung gibt es einen Gemeinschafts-Pool, denn die Anwohner nutzen und damit auch wir. Er liegt gegenüber der Wohnanlage und ist über einem Chip zu öffnen. Das war super. Die Bucht/der Strand, welchen man von der Aussicht her sieht ist in ca. 20-30 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Allerdings ist es kein guter befestiger Weg, der für Kinder U5 auch echt schwierig ist. Die Bucht ist schön, aber sehr klein, felsig und lädt jetzt nicht zum Schwimmen ein. Es haben auch Leute da gezeltet - mein Eindruck war, dass es Obdachlose waren. Zurück muss man teilweise richtig schmale Treppen hoch klettern. Ich war froh, dass wir keine Taschen dabei hatten.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut gestaltet. Ausstattung der Küche ist für 4 Personen gut. Es sind keinerlei Basics vorhanden, wie Salz, Zucker, Kaffee - aber in Ferienwohnungen hat man ja generell eh alles mit oder bekommt es in Lloret beim Aldi oder Lidl.
Die ganze Anlage macht einen guten und sicheren Eindruck. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und vom Balkon einsehbar.
Der Vermieter war super freundlich. Es gab ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Chip, W-Lan usw., aber er hat sich immer direkt gemeldet und auch Leute vorbeigeschickt.
Die Wohnung kann ich voll weiterempfehlen und komm auch gern wieder

Vielen Dank für Deine Bewertung. Es ist aber auch in gleicher Entfernung der große sandige Strand Cala Canyelles zu erreichen. Man kann dort zu Fuß hingehen oder mit dem Auto. Es gibt dort auch Parkplätze. Dort gibt es Restaurants und viele Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Bananenboot, Tauchen, Surfen. Der von Dir beschriebene kleine Strand ist die Bucht Cala Morisca. Die ist nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dafür ist man dort auch meistens alleine.... auch in der Hochsaison!

Appartement très sympathique, une vue splendide sur la mer de la terrasse, quartier très calme, stationnement au pied de l'immeuble.
Crique à 15 mn à pied
Commerces à 7 mn en voiture.
Quelques petites choses à améliorer au niveau de l'équipement, mais j'ai eu le propriétaire qui devait régler le problème cette semaine.

War in Ordnung
Die Wohnung war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und für 3 Tage Aufenthalt okay, aber als Familie mit Kindern und für 1 Woche oder länger, würde ich die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super und auch kurzfristig konnte er uns die Unterkunft vermieten! Das war top!

Hallo, was soll denn noch in der Wohnung ergänzt werden? WLAN, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Smart-TV, neue Betten, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlung sind vorhanden. Ebenso sind alle Räume klimatisiert. Es gibt auch Gesellschaftsspiele, ein großes Sofa, etc. Was wäre denn noch wünschenswert?
