For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Ausstattung Ferienunterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in einer geschmackvollen Anlage. das Appartment war soweit in Ordnung, die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Leider fehlte es an Kleinigkeiten, besonders in der Küchenausstattung, in der Dusche ließ sich der Brauskopf nicht befestigen. Auch vermissten wir einen Wifi-Empfang im Appartment was wir als nicht mehr zeitgemäß empfinden.

Vybavení apartmánu neni ideální a zastaralé. Klimatizace se vypne při odchodu z apartmánu. Jinak prostředí v místě je krásné velmi udržované a díky tenisovému kurtu, zahradě a bazénu prostě top.

Die Ferien lagen ist ein Traum. Wunderschöner Garten. Sehr schöner Pool. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig mit Balkon und traumhaften Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist etwas knapp. Besteck , ok. Töpfe Das Nötigste. Ein Minipfännchen, eine normale Pfanne fehlte. Handtücher auch knapp. Die Spülmaschine hatte defekte Rollen. Dies wurde reklamiert. Interhome hat sofort geantwortet. Die Kommunikation war gut. Den Eigentümer hat das wohl nicht interessiert. Keine Reaktion. Fazitgel sehr schön,kl.Män

Wieder zufrieden

Ich bin wieder sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Es war das dritte Mal, dass ich im Vista Village war, und dieses Mal hatte ich die schönste Aussicht.

Estate 2024 vista village

L'appartamento è in ottima posizione godendo di una vista panoramica. È la quarta volta che veniamo ma abbiamo trovato la sistemazione molto peggiorata nei sevizi. Nessuna biancheria per la casa trovata al nostro arrivo. Le uniche persone che ci sono venute incontro sono stata il manutentore S. e il sign G.. In caso di necessità nessuno risponde ai numeri di Interhome lasciateci all'arrivo. Non c'è alcun tipo di controllo nella struttura per cui la notte c'è baraonda fino a tardi

+ Pěkné místo, nádherný výhled, krásná a udržovaná zahrada, apartman čistý a účelově zařízený, parkování v objektu, dobrý servis. - Předání a odevzdání klíčů v Olbii, ložní prádlo a ručníky se musí objednat a uhradit extra, wi-fi funguje/nefunguje jen na některých místech

Unser Appartement in Vista Village war nett - Standard Italienisch. Mit Kleinkind würde ich nicht mehr dorthin gehen , da die Fußwege je nach Appartement doch sehr lange sein können, es überall Stufen gibt und der Pool nicht kindersicher ist . Es gibt kein WLAN außer am Pool und an der "Rezeption" (welche keine ist - das Büro ist außerhalb) , die Klimaanlage geht nicht kälter als 25° und es gibt keinen Backofen . Unsere Probleme wurden nur teilweise gelöst

Ein Backofen ist nicht Teil der Ausschreibung, da in diesem Objekttyp keiner vorhanden ist. Informationen zu den Gegebenheiten vor Ort (Treppen und Fußwege auf dem Areal) sowie darüber, dass das WLAN nur in den öffentlichen Bereichen vorhanden ist, sind in der Objektbeschreibung zu finden.

Schöner Meerblick

Die Lage ist sehr schön, am Hang und trotzdem ist das Zentrum mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Garten und der Pool werden täglich gepflegt und gereinigt, das Personal und das Büro in Olbia sind immer erreichbar. Auch zum Ende der Saison ein lebhafter Ort und keine reine Touristenstadt.

Prima appartement voor Max een week

Fijne locatie dicht bij allerlei mooie stranden en op loopafstand van restaurantjes en supermarkten. Appartement was basic ingericht. We hadden het geboekt voor een twee slaapkamer appartement maar de tweede slaapkamer had geen deuren en was opennaar de woonkamer. Dat is lastig met kleine kinderen die eerder naar bed gaan. Op verzoek van extra linnen is na meerdere keren bellen geen response gekomen. De teksten in het complex en in de brief zijn vooral gericht op wat niet mag. Prachtige tuin!

een mooi en zeer goed onderhouden 'compact' vakantiedomein. Goed gelegen alles op wandelafstand en toch rustig. min-puntjes; klein terrasje, weinig keukengerei, zwembad mag een uurtje langer open blijven en beperkte wifi/4G.

Bereits zum 2. Mal gebucht

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und wir haben sie bereits zum 2. Mal gebucht. Dieses Mal habe ich bei der Sauberkeit ein paar Punkte abgezogen, da m. E. gründlicher gereinigt werden hätte sollen. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr nett. Die Möbel und auch die Küchengeräte könnten zum Teil auch einmal ausgetauscht werden. Zum Kochen und Essen ist soweit aber alles vorhanden.

Il residence ha un'ottima posizione ed è strutturato in modo molto accogliente e rilassante. Molto ben tenuto con una graziosa piscina e bellissime aiuole curate. Il bilocale è completo di tutto, molto spazioso, con una bellissima vista sul mare. Mi è mancato solo un punto ristoro per un caffè o uno spuntino, ma capisco che non fosse previsto essendo un residence

Beautifully kept residence

Everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment and the whole residence was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and the management were very friendly and helpful. The gardens are very well kept, the view over Isola Tavolara is breathtaking and the pool area is just beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, so you can really get a good night's sleep and unwind. Perfect place to relax, highly recommended.
