The exclusive Windrose apartment building is located on a small hill in Zinnowitz. It was completed in August 2008. The luxurious and individual holiday apartments are lovingly furnished and offer a unique holiday experience on the Baltic Sea. With over 1,900 hours of sunshine a year, the island of Usedom is one of the sunniest islands in Germany. Zinnowitz, over 700 years old and with over 160 years of seaside resort life, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses with impressive architecture were built, which, together with the spacious promenade, create a unique setting. See for yourself and enjoy your stay.

In this comfortably furnished ground floor apartment in Mediterranean style, two people can enjoy their holiday together. The approximately 48 m² include a bedroom, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The large, cozy bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet. Featuring a TV, DVD player, and stereo system, the comfortable living area offers the perfect place to make the most of your time. The fully equipped kitchen-diner with a dishwasher and a seating area also allows for self-catering during your vacation. The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. You can comfortably gather together on the large, furnished, and covered balcony. Of course, we provide parking for your car. Wi-Fi is available. A washing machine and dryer are available for use for a fee. Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.

Arrival is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and departure is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Tolle Wohnung

Es war an alles gedacht. Bisher noch nie genug Steckdosen und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten inklusive Kleiderbügel in einer Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Gegenüber liegt das kleine Theater Blechbüchse, Wald für die Gassirunde,Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
