3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

Great property for our family, very cozy with plenty of room. We traveled with our adult children and three grandchildren. The property is close to a public boat launch and within walking distance to the Windermere beach.
Wonderful property! Great location right by the lake. This property is well set up for families with small children. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly, will definitely book again. Prefect for summer vacation!
The property had plenty of space for all of us. We had a great stay. The only downside was the smell from the septic tank when the wind moved in the wrong direction.
Great location. Cabin has everything you need for your stay. Firepit, fire table on the deck were great. Upstairs shower did not work and the stove burners don’t all work. A lot of games for kids which was great.
