This Log Home Gem was built new in 2007 as a Model Home and is now being opened up for public rental. The attention to detail is astounding. This beautiful home features high pitched vaulted ceilings with log purlins, dormers and gables that architects dream about. Its massive windows capture the beauty of the surrounding views including marshlands, woods, and the glistening lake. These windows enable you to stand in awe of the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that accompany the picturesque Minnesota landscape. Not to mention that huge full moon as it peaks above the lake on the distant horizon.

This home features all the finishes you would expect from "Log Home Luxury" including Natural Slate flooring, Granite countertops, Custom Hickory Cabinets, plush carpet, whirlpool tub for two in the master suite, slate shower, front load washer and dryer and plenty of off street parking.

Log Home living enables me to surround myself with nature and still enjoy the comforts of modern American life.

PS I forgot to mention RELAXING. A great place to get away with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

My brother and I built this Log Home in this location because of the beautiful view of Mille Lacs Lake to the East and the picturesque marshlands to the west. We originally built this home as a Model for our Log Home company and have since decided to open it to the public for their weekly rental enjoyment.
