Unfortunately, we were not able to contact the host when we first arrived. Admittedly, this was later in the day after dark, but there was nothing posted about restricted arrival times. Fortunately we were able to gain admittance to the building when another resident allowed us in. Once we were in the building we had enough information to enter the condo, and get settled in.

The condo was very nice, the facility was a little dated getting in but the pool area and hangout areas have been updated. Location was great, definitely recommend renting bikes to get around. My family really enjoyed the condo and it was roomy for the 5 of us.

Property is close to everything and easy to access. Pool is amazing and having the garage during rain was a plus. Very clean, good pans, washer and dryer work well and a great place to see the sunrise. I would stay here again!

The condo is in the perfect place less than 1 mile from the Key West Airport and just 2 miles to the downtown sites such as the famous Duvall Street, Hemingway House and great restaurants and nightlife.
The condo is just steps to a private beach and several other public beaches such as Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach Park.
With onsite amenities such as Olympic sized lap pool and a second shared pool and hot tub the pool area offers an abundance of loungers and relaxing areas. There is also a fitness center, tennis courts and so much more.
Inside the condo the fantastic renovation brings a new coastal modern touch to this unique complex.
