Why they chose this property
Large 1 bedroom condo, clean and comfortable place to stay at the end of your working day. Walk across the street to the boardwalk for views of NYC skyline, nature walks like the (24 mile) Henry Hudson trail just a mile or so away.
What makes this property unique
NYC bus at corner, short drive to NYC Ferry, close to GSP, routes 35 and 36, very easy to get around the county and neighboring counites. Great wildlife and water views throughout the region. Lots of natural beauty with photo ops like beach sunsets, in easy waling distance. Small boardwalk, summer festivals, beach, and NYC skyline views just across the street.
