Cozy up in this spacious 2 bedroom condo with fantastic location! Cimarron is 1 block off of Main St. and 1 block from base of Peak 9. Master features a king w/ attached bath and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Large living room features a wood burning fireplace, original cedar accent wall and two sleeper sofas open to the fully stocked kitchen, dining room and private deck. Building features indoor hot tubs, heated garage, elevator and laundry. Access to Upper Village Pool 1 block away.

• Large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with 2 pullout sofas and private deck.
• Wood burning fireplace. Wood, fire starters and matched are provided.
• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom
• Second bedroom with queen bed and hall bathroom
• Coin-op washer/dryer in building
• Maximum Overnight Occupancy Limit: 8 guests

Building Amenities:
• Two indoor hot tubs in the building located just one floor down, open year-round.
• Parking Limit: 1 car, availability to park one car in either the underground garage or outdoor parking area. Garage clearance height 7'6". Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage or park in a standard parking spot must park at one of the pay overnight lots in Breckenridge; The Airport Road lot or the Ice Rink Lot. Upper Village Pool Clubhouse:
• Heated outdoor pool
• 1 Indoor hot tub
• 2 Outdoor hot tubs
• Open noon-8pm
• This clubhouse is located approximately 1/2 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the Cimarron building that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited.
• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates:
- Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day
- Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.

Location:
• One block from Main Street and plentiful shopping and restaurants.
• About 300 yards to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9. * Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.*
• One block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building.
• Bus stop located across the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain.
*Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season

Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» Maximum occupancy (8) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. .
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Amazing host!

Jesse, the host, is great. I would highly recommend staying here just for that reason, but the location, overall space and amenities are top notch, too. My 14 month old daughter, wife and mother in-law could not have had a better time!
