Centrally located in the heart of Breck, this condo is conveniently close to skiing, restaurants, shops and other local attractions. Stroll to downtown, just 2 blocks away. Or, hop aboard the BreckConnect Gondola, also 2 blocks away, for a quick ascent to the Peak 8 Base. Ski back on the 4 O’ Clock Trail, just a block away from the Condo. Some guests never use their car the whole time they’re up here.

When you get back, no need to lug your skis, boards, gear or groceries up flights of stairs. Easy elevator access gets you to the top floor, so you can take off your boots and relax.

And what a great place to come back to. High ceilings flooded with natural light and mountain views create a refuge to kick back after shredding world class ski runs or dining on main street. Rustic style throughout this cozy 1,265 square foot condo features charming mountain decor, leather furnishings and wood trim.

Make yourself at home in the open concept living area, marked by high wood beam ceilings and vintage ski memorabilia. Prop your feet up in front of the gas fireplace while you catch up on your favorite shows or sports on the Smart/cable TV. If TV’s not your thing, there is free WiFi, books, games and the hot tub is right downstairs.

You will have no trouble creating homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The dining table seats 6 and has views of downtown Breckenridge and Bald Mountain.

If your group has night owls or early risers there are separate sleeping areas upstairs and downstairs.

Wake up to views of the sun shining on Peak 8. The Master Bedroom boasts a king size bed, separate his and her closets, in room TV and private en-suite bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a room with two 2 full beds as well as a loft with 2 twin over full bunk beds. There is also an adjacent bathroom upstairs.

Amenities include in-unit laundry machines as well as the complex swimming pool (open during the summer), hot tub (open year round) and parking for one vehicle.

The location was perfect and the accommodations were very nice. The only challenge we had was with the parking.. There is only one spot allowed on property so the others in our party had to park 10 minutes away.

Amazing Vacation & Location!

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. This was perfect for our family Breckenridge vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and more than enough towels & linens. This location is perfect to Main Street, stores, restaurants, Gondola, hikes and more. We can’t wait to come back!

The location was perfect and very close to everything. We had some issues with getting the code to work but communication was good and ended up getting it figured out. Also was allowed to check in early so that was a huge help. Only real complaint was the maintenance and banging right outside our door early Saturday and Sunday morning which was quite frustrating.

Best Stay in Breckenridge!

This condo is the perfect size in the perfect location. We love being able to walk to the gondola to go skiing and walk to town for all sorts of activities....shopping, wine blending class, wine tasting, and lots of fun dinners. The owner is easy to work with and property is exactly as listed.

Great stay.

The only trouble I had during our week stay was figuring out which building our reservation was in. A quick call to the property manager solve that issue. The property had everything we needed as a family. There are games, and abundance of sleeping options, and a well-stocked kitchen. this is a very well located property and satisfied all of our needs as a young family of six.

I would rent this place again

All in all this was a great place and great location. There was a bit of a discrepancy between the actual location of this rental and the location shown on the VRBO site. I understand the issue of showing the exact location prior to renting, but when you are skiing/ snowboarding and walking to and from rental locations and lifts a couple blocks can make a big difference. Not sure if the discrepancy was VRBO’s or the property manager, but my bet is that it’s a VRBO issue.

Excellent stay for family over Christmas

We arrived and followed the clear instructions to enter. The home (accurate description of being a home in that it was cozy and homey feeling due to decor and amenities) was clean and ready for us. Temperature was comfortable. All amenities you might require such as coffee pot, dishes, towels...games and puzzles, books...washer dryer...beautiful view from windows. We were a family of 8 (one 3 year old) and had plenty of room and privacy. It was amazing. Host checked in almost daily via text and very helpful if needed. So close to Main Street and free bus ride to Beaver Run only minutes away. Great set up to leave ski gear and wet boots without worrying about tracking into the living area. City Market (only grocery in town) was even a walkable distance. Cant say enough about how great the home was and the complete experience! From reservations to arrival to departure. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated, fantastic view and convenient location to both downtown and access to skiing. The bedding was so comfortable and whole unit very clean. The host and property management were responsive and helpful. I would return in a heartbeat.

We are local Denverites and have our annual trip and this is by far the best. The accommodations were perfect. The location was the best. Guys trip—-awesome!!

This was the best ski condo Our guys group has ever stayed in. The bunkbeds make it great for individuals. We had eight adults, and there was room for everyone. All the beds are super soft and comfortable. The only slight negative was the pillows are not great, so you might want to bring your own own.The Property and unit were incredibly clean. Communication was very thorough and prompt.It’s an easy walk to the gondola in the morning, and you can end your day on the 4 o’clock ski run just a block and a half away. It’s also an easy walk to downtown. You do not need a car at this condo.

The property was exactly as described, and Fernanado was an excellent host. Easy access to Peak 7 or 8 via a short walk or shuttle ride to the Gondola. Downtown Breck also an easy walk. Hope to be back!
