Ocean Views in this Charming 2 bedroom Cottage

Charming two bedroom cottage. The property has a wonderful open kitchen and dining room that gives way to an ocean facing patio. Great views from this Back Beach Cottage. Two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with two single beds. Yard, fire pit and off street parking. Directly across the street from the Back Beach, 5 minute walk to downtown Rockport, and the Shalin Liu performing arts center, galleries and coffee shops.

Every Sunday in the summer the town band gives a concert at the bandstand in front of the house in the evening. You can hear the music and see the performance from the house and yard and makes for a wonderful evening. This takes place 1-2 nights a week in June, July and Aug.

Beautiful

My friends and i absolutely love staying here! Rockport is gorgeous! This place its right off of back beach and has a stunning view and the house is a cute cottage with plenty of room from our group of 4.

Great place!

Such a wonderful home! I highly recommend people to stay here if you have little ones! I have a busy 2yr old and this house had everything for him. They had a ton of books for him, toys, pack n play, outdoor toys, wagons to take the beach, beach toys etc. We loved staying here and plan on coming back again.

Perfect Vacation

This was the perfect New England vacation thanks to our amazing host. She responed quicly to any o our questions and concerns. Everything was as described. The house is charming and clean and tidy with a perfect layout. The view is incredible. We really enjoyed the morning sky. Amenities were complete for our needs. So nice to have bicycles! It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the town depending where you are going. We loved walking to the cafes for coffee and breakfast. Thank you Meghan!!!!!
