The second bedroom has a twin daybed, with a second twin trundle bed underneath which can be pulled out as needed (note the second bedroom does not have a separate air conditioning unit - we do provide a fan, and the mini-split a/c unit in the master bedroom will cool the entire second floor if the doors are left open). The backyard has a beautiful shady patio with a table and four chairs, and a gas grill. There is off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars. The home is on a quaint side-street, right across the street from Millbrook Meadow, which has a playground for the little ones. It is also right around the corner from Front Beach, and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Bearskin Neck.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home there is 1 operational security camera located on the outside of the house facing the driveway. The camera records both visually and audibly.
