Experience a wonderful holiday in this magnificent holiday home with pool in Medulin. From the upper floor you can partially see the sea. The luxurious villa is very stylishly furnished with an artistic touch. Admire the paintings by famous artists from Pula and sculptures that make this house even more impressive. Enjoy the summer kitchen and spend pleasant barbecue evenings here.

There is also a sandy beach in the holiday destination of Medulin, which is perfect for children. Take advantage of the many leisure activities and take part in the many events that are organised on the promenade in summer. Stroll along the promenade with its many souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, café bars and restaurants. Enjoy the summer feeling with the sea and the scent of the pine trees.

Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Wir können dieses Objekt wirklich weiterempfehlen 👍.Medulin ist schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuß gemütlich in ca 20 Minuten - mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.Lidl und Bäcker direkt vor Ort.Gutes Restaurant in Medulin ist das DoubleT. Sehr nette Bewirtung und toller Ausblick auf das Meer, da erhöht im ersten Stock.

Der Check In verlief problemlos. Das Haus wurde uns sauber übergeben, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einer super Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Promenade von Medulin braucht man etwas länge zu Fuß. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es noch sehr warm, sodass wir Abends mit dem Auto zur Promenade gefahren sind. Wir sind ohne Haustier angereist. Man merkt aber auch nicht, dass vorher schon welche im Haus waren.

Das Haus ist genau so, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht: Top Einrichtung, Top Ausstattung, Top Pool!D

Das Haus ist genau so, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht: Top Einrichtung, Top Ausstattung, Top Pool!Die Umzäunung des Grundstücks ist sehr gut, unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage ist mittelmäßig: zwar ist der nächste Badestrand nur ca 7 Gehminuten entfernt, dieser ist aber nicht besonders schön. Zur Promenade Medulin sind es zu Fuß ca 25 Minuten. Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In diesem Teil von Medulin wird derzeit viel gebaut, mit Handwerkergeräuschen muß man rechnen - diese waren während unseres Aufenthaltes aber kaum zu bemerken. Fazit: Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Medulin würden wir uns wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden!

Wir waren 3 Pärchen und ein Hund.

Wir waren 3 Pärchen und ein Hund. Die Innenarchitektur hat uns sehr gefallen. Pro Schlafzimmer ein gut ausgestattetes Bad ist nicht überall die Norm. Der Pool ist sogar beheizt und damit an kühlen Tagen gut zu benutzen. Für uns war das Haus perfekt.Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch sehr freundlich und über WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
