A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating.

House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. The house can hold up to 5 cars in the driveways. There is additional offsite parking 2 blocks away if additional parking is required in a safe non non-gated neighborhood. No overnight street parking past 10 pm. No horizontal parking or blocking at the end of the driveway. Check signs for street sweeping in the off-site lot.

9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 16 guests during both the day and night.
11. No deliveries to the home without prior approval as we may not have access to postal box

Furthermore: In accordance with the house rules, any guests exceeding the maximum limit of 16 occupants will incur a charge of $100 per person when staying overnight. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests.
