About this space
Make our second home your second home. We have equipped this Villa with everything you will need for an amazing vacation. Just bring yourselves and your clothes, we have the rest.
The Villa boasts a fully stocked kitchen with tableware for 24. Also Includes Keurig coffee maker, traditional drip coffee maker, air fryer, frozen pizza oven, griddle, toaster and much more. The open concept kitchen and family room provides ample space for large family gatherings. The kitchen table comfortably seats 10. Enjoy family meals, play games or host a poker game with the provided poker chips. You can choose to relax and unwind on the screened in Patio facing a serene view of pond and the 6th hole of the golf course. Enjoy the coastal breeze and relax while watching native wildlife. Living room has a 65” flat screen smart TV. Enjoy streaming with high speed WiFi. Lower level garage area includes ping pong table and electronic dart board. Rear garage door opens to lower level patio area with grill, swing and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a game of cornhole on the grassy lawn with the provided boards and bags. Lower level also includes an upright freezer to hold ice. We have started you with several bags of ice and ask that you just pay it forward replenishing bags of ice for future renters.
Each bedroom has ceiling fans and smart TV’s. The first level bedroom has a full size bunk bed with single bed on top. It also has a single size trundle mattress. There is a multi game arcade console, a bar top video game and keyboard. There is a full bathroom with shower in the hall. The upstairs bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. All bathrooms will start the week with a bar of soap, shampoo, body wash and a roll of toilet paper. All bedrooms have new bedding and pillows. Second floor also has full size front load washer and dryer.

Located .8 miles from Lost Key’s private Beach Club where you can enjoy the pristine blue waters and sugary white sand of the Gulf. The Beach Club is a 5,000 square foot open air complex available exclusively to Lost Key residents and guests offering private beach access and a swimming pool. Beach service for chairs and umbrella is available for a fee (seasonal). Our Villa provides beach towels, 8 beach chairs, a 12x12 beach tent, coolers, beach wagon and various beach toys for use. There is a seasonal restaurant at the club with food and beverages for purchase. Limited parking on the beach. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key Resort on a seasonal basis.
A short walk to the end of the street from the Villa you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state of the art Fitness Center and Tennis courts. Tennis racquets available in lower level of villa. The pool includes zero depth splash area for toddlers. Explore the resort using one of the bikes. Enjoy a walk or bike around the 5 miles trail throughout the resort. 7 Bicycles, helmet and tire pump available in lower level of Villa

Piece of paradise!

This is our second year staying in Perdido. We absolutely love the area and the activities right near the resort that we can enjoy. The bikes are my teenage and adult children’s favorite things! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Great Summer Getaway

This was a great house for our family vacation. The house was located close to the pool and a short distance from the Lost Key Beach Club. While we loved the Lost Key Beach club, we really enjoyed the state park beach down the street a bit. The house had a cooler and chairs and made it easy for us to pack light! Don’t miss out on Lillian’s pizza…it was so good.

Great Location and Space

House is great! Very clean and well appointed with spacious bedrooms and loads of recreation equipment for the beach, etc. Staying in Lost Key was great with access to golf, the pool and the beach. We spent time at both the beach club and at other state park beaches in the area. Location is close to conveniences and more bustling areas like Orange Beach and Gulf Shores but away from the action if that’s also your speed. Don’t miss the Blue Angels practices and the aviation museum. We also took a sunset dolphin boat tour which was awesome.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean and even had a nice welcome bag. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Television was easy to use, even for the older guests. Tons of beach & pool toys available. The shuttle service was so convenient! Beds were comfy. The pack n play that was available was in good shape and plenty big for our 19 month old. One of the smoke alarms started chirping at 2:30am. This made for a long night with the kids. I highly recommend changing all batteries once a year at the same time so this doesn’t happen to other guests. I would gladly rebook again as long as all smoke alarm batteries were changed prior to our checking in. The outdoor shower at the beach was not working. Once we got back to the condo from the shuttle we rinsed off the best we could with the condos outdoor spigot. Would’ve been nice if there was a short hose attached & mat to stand on so we could rinse off a bit better.

Fantastic! “Hole in One” Experience

The home itself was just what we needed for our family of 8 vacay this year. The room set up was ideal for us and truth be told, without the bunk bed in the upstairs room, it wouldn’t have worked. So the set up was great. The other major win was the four tee times that come with the rental. The golf was a must for our family so knowing that Beaches & Mulligans had four tee times was perfect!! The bikes were a huge bonus as well and made getting around not only faster, but also more enjoyable. Like the rating said- overall, it was just fantastic. We had a glitch with the keypad at check in but the owner did provide a very timely workaround and addressed the issue. We loved that the porch was screened in as well- it made sitting on the porch SIGNIFICANTLY more enjoyable. And the closet of toys, wagons, boogie boards, ICE etc…was a very nice touch. It’s a fantastic rental and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again or recommend this unit to any of our friends!

Great spot for our family spring break!

We traveled to Perdido Key with 8 guests - myself and my husband, 4 children (ages 8-11) and 2 grandparents. The house was perfect for our group. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. They had everything we could think of and made packing for this trip SO easy! The host was extremely responsive to questions and texts. The welcome gift was a nice touch and we used it everyday! Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were awesome (we packed light and did some laundry every day) and wonderful (comfortable) furniture. Traveling with children - we loved this location! It was laid back, lots to do (we golfed, swam in the pool, went in the ocean every day, played games and explored). We ventured over to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for a day; and I appreciated that our location was not as crowded, noisy or college spring-breaky! It was a quick drive and lots to do for the day. Owners had great recommendations for restaurants. We were there in March and it wasn’t ‘peak season’ yet so the beach service was only available F-Sun. The Beach Club was open everyday (except Tues) and the food, drinks and staff were all amazing. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend - you’ll feel at home at Beaches & Mulligans!
