Sitting on 12 acres, our house is near Finger Lakes vineyards, Pine Creek Rail Trail, Wellsboro PA, Corning Glass Museum, multiple lakes, race tracks(both Motocross and Watkins Glen International), boating, hiking, and fishing. It's amazing how many different things you can do within a 1-minute to 50-minute drive from the house. Scenic, peaceful views all year round from the deck overlooking Lake Cowanesque is the cherry on top! You don't have to go anywhere! Quiet comfort in a brand-new house with central air, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV, Starlink 5G WiFi(Over 100 mb/s), and privacy! Blackout curtains and deer roaming the property. Great Little Rental

The property was very cute and had a nice view of Cowanesque Lake. Location is centrally located to visit Mansfield, PA; Wellsboro, PA; Corning, NY and the Finger Lakes (Lake Seneca and Keuka Lake are the closest). We would rent again and host is very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described in the listing. It was well-equipped and comfortable. The views were great. The access dirt road was a little challenging for our 2013 van but we made it. Parking for two vehicles was tight and backing up before going forward down the exit road was also challenging. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a quiet vacation.
