Welcome 'An der Wiek' in Wohlenberg In our holiday home on the Wiek you will find four high quality apartments with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
The house is located directly on the Wohlenberger Wiek and is only about 150m from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The approximately 6km long flat beach is followed by an equally attractive cliff, which invites you to swim not only in summer.
You can also use the off-season or economy season for diving, fishing, cycling or hiking and when the wind has blown your nose. Afterwards, relax in our holiday home by the fireplace or in the sauna.
For fishing enthusiasts there is a mole for fishing in about 300m distance,
(Fishing licenses for tourists, for a small surcharge there is in the Klütz office or at the nearby campsite)
There are other leisure activities nearby: Go kart track for big and small, children's area

The place Wohlenberg lies between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (approx. 10 km), which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List due to its brick buildings, and Boltenhagen (approx. 8 km).
In Wismar there is also a fun pool for young and old, with sauna and wellness area + fitness center.

Ordentliche, hundefreundliche Wohnung nah am Wasser in ruhiger Lage. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Nicht unbedingt für kleine Kinder, da Betten in der Spitzgaube nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar.Die Ausstattung war komplett mit Herd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Außer Handyempfang, der war nicht vorhanden. Dafür kann d Vermieter aber nichts.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung topp

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Für uns als 5-köpfige Familie war die Wohnung jedoch zu klein und wir empfanden den stolzen Preis nicht ganz angemessen. Insbesondere das 3-Bett-Zimmer unter dem Dach ist für 3 Betten durch die Dachschräge zu klein und im Sommer nicht zum Übernachten geeignet, da es sich nicht gut lüften lässt und stickig und heiß wird. Um zu einem guten Strand zu kommen, muss man ca. 8 km nach Boltenhagen fahren.

Im oberen Zimmer gibt es einen Lüfter, und das Fenster kann man auch ganz öffnen. Als wir die Abnahme machten war das Fenster geschlossen. Dieses Dachzimmer ist bei Kinder und Jugendlichen sehr beliebt. Als Alternative gibt es auch im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Doppelbettcouch. Da der Urlauber über FEWO direkt gebucht hat, hatte er zusätzlich noch eine Servicegebühr. Die man bei einer Direktbuchung über uns oder anderen Portalen z.B. Traumferienwohnungen/ Manet nicht hat. Wir haben vor Ort in150m Entfernung einen naturbelassenen Sandstrand mit einem Rettungsschwimmer.
