Nestled between some of the Catskills most popular destinations like Roscoe, Liberty and Livingston Manor; you will find Au Bon Orchard. This unique property offers 56 private acres, apple orchards and stunning views of the catskill mountains. All of this while still being minutes to popular eateries such as the Smoke Pit, Upward Brewing, Neon Croissant, The Kaatskiller and just 20 minutes to resort world casino. Make this your own private oasis in the Catskills that's just 2 hours from NYC.
This property is the hidden gem of Sullivan County. 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 6 people and additionally can provide air mattresses for those who desire them. The bedrooms include a Primary with a king sized bed an en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and standing shower. The two other bedrooms are on the main floor; one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath.
If you plan on working while you're here; enjoy the 400MB/s internet connection to compliment your productivity. The home is also complete with a wrap around deck that provide ample views of the Catskill mountains, an outdoor kitchen complete with countertop, cooler and propane grill. Of course we should mention the in ground salt water infinity pool (Open May 1st - September 30th) and fire pit. When you want to venture away from the main house the property also contains a pond, many hiking trails and a water fall for you to enjoy.
When you're ready to settle in for the evening or want to lounge on the couch we also provide streaming services such as Youtube TV (cable), Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu.
