Wood floors downstairs, access to kitchen and entertainment room with TV/sound system. Pool table in living room. Two upstairs rooms have wall-mounted smart TVs. 10 minutes away from UF, great for Gator games. Large living room/family room great for entertaining. 6-Person Hot Tub, stone fireplace on back patio and grill with large backyard.
