For visiting families to UF this is a nice quiet spot at the end of a cul-de-sac with 3 bedrooms upstairs, very comfortable living room furniture, fully stocked kitchen and easy drive to campus. It was a good set-up for our stay. They are currently doing some updates as well. Communication from our host was excellent.

Owner was nice and attentive. Had to contact bc front entry was covered in lovebugs when got there and had issue with dryer. He fixed both right away.House sleeps 6, we had four but not even enough mugs for coffee for us, kitchen counter was not clean and lots animal hair on kitchen floor and under chairs. Outside was a mess and could not use outdoor space in back because so dirty. Owner lives here as food in fridge. I was not aware of this or would not have rented. Not awful but not for us. Disappointed unfortunately.

Parents weekend- affordable price

We came up for parents weekend. Compared to all of the hotels and their jacked up prices this was a steal. Close to the school, safe neighborhood. Excellent communication.

Great base of operations for graduation

Philips house is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is remote but quickly accessible to everything in Gainesville. He was easy to work with and very accommodating to our flexible schedules. The house is comfortable and the check in could not be easier. I knew if I needed anything, Philip would be there. I'll stay here again.

Full time lived in by host with 2 large dogs

Half the house is locked off. Was unsure if there were other occupants but host assured not. Host lives there full time so we would have had to empty dishwasher if we wanted to use it. Two large dogs live there full time also which was evident in the carpet. Not for me but we got by.
