Why they chose this property

Convenient but secluded private street serving 10 homes on 100 acres. Homeowner bought the property with a handshake from developer in 1976.
Current and previous owners commuted 30 minutes to their government jobs in DC for decades. Traffic has lengthened the trip but this area will remain special for its history - dairy farmers bringing milk to DC and visitors coming by train to see Potomac River waterfalls in the 1900s.

What makes this property unique

This level property is surrounded by mature trees in a park like setting with trails. Firepit, horseshoes, trampoline, swing, hammock and lots of perennial plants and wildlife provide onsite entertainment and interest.
