A very friendly and safe neighborhood, near Costco, Sam's and Chinese supermarket. Fenced yard with 4 car parking space. The house is adjacent to Constitutional Park and backing to Asbury Methodist Village. No smoking, no pet and no party, please.
The house is located in a safe neighborhood rated as an “excellent livable location” by ADT interactive crime site,. There was NO crime reported, such as assault, thief, burglary, arrest, sex offender, child predator, etc. in this street, based on SpotCrime.

Fabulous stay in Gaithersburg

The host and house were superb. The house is next to a sweet park and accessible to restaurants and other sites. We appreciated how accommodating the host was to our needs. We would eagerly stay there again!

Very nice house. Very clean. Great location - very quiet. Somewhat smaller than anticipated with limited seating in main room. Downstairs main bedroom it’s bathroom was great. everything worked well and had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

Excellent property owner.

Excellent property owner. The owner communicated with me very well. Everything was as it was presented to be. The property is very clean, Updated and user-friendly. The house is located right next to a small park. The house is excellent, but the neighborhood is a bit noisy with car noises and occasional sirens.

Thank you so much for the review. Sorry to know the MARC train whistle woke you up in the morning. MARC train station is nearby (0.5 miles). You may hear the train whistle when a train passes by. Thank you so much for letting me know about this issue. Earplugs are provided on the shelf by the family room if train horns bother you to sleep. I hope it helps to resolve the issue. It was a very nice and clean home!! Well stocked with all the items we needed . Nice park right next door. Only complaint I had and is not a deal breaker is the he leaving room is small and needs more seating like a bigger couch but we made do!! Property management was available at all times for any issues!! Which we didn’t have any
