Spacious primary bedroom with comfortable king bed, huge walk in closet and 4 piece bath with ample cabinetry. Second king room and third bedroom has two twin beds. High speed Wi-Fi and cable tv are included. HD Smart TVs are in the primary bedroom and the living room. In-house washer/dryer. There is central A/C and multiple ceiling fans for your comfort. The kitchen has a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer, etc. Very well stocked.
Also included is a 4 seater gas golf cart (the best way to travel in The Villages). Propane BBQ grill with all utensils.
Minutes to Laurel Manor pool and Recreation Centre, Lake Miona, Palmer Legends Country Club, Bridgeport Pool & Rec Center, Winn-Dixie and numerous shops and restaurants of Sumter.
