Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area only 300m from the beautiful west beach.
You live on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and have a separate entrance. The central location enables you to reach the city center in just a few minutes.
The open interior design with floor-to-ceiling windows provide even more spaciousness. The large bathroom, the luxurious kitchen with the beautiful dining area and the cozy box spring bed leave nothing to be desired. A beautiful south-facing terrace invites you to sunbathe.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, 15min vom Hafen zu Fuß, zum Strand / Kurhaus ist es auch nicht so weit ca 10min zu Fuß. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und praktisch es fehlt an nichts. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Immer wieder.

Tolle Ausszeit

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich. Sie hat eine tolle Lage und ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum Weststrand und 5 Minuten zum Ortskern. Im Bad und in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett ist super bequem. Kleines Manko: Es gab leider keine Vorhänge zum verdunkeln, wenn man mal etwas länger schlafen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super moderne Ferienwohnung. Der Empfang durch die Familie Kuhn war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wir werden sie nochmal buchen!

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber super ausgestattet! Und für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend! Es ist in jedem Raum alles vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Es war alles super sauber und extrem gepflegt.

Ein toller Urlaub

Es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub. Das Appartement war super schön und sauber. Handtücher für zwei Personen wurden gestellt. Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Sekt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit in der Stadtmitte oder am Weststrand. Ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Wir haben sofort für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Top Wohnung in schöner, ruhiger Lage

Von der Begrüßung der freundlichen Vermieterin bis zur Verabschiedung nach einer Woche war alles tip top ;-) Wir haben uns in der schnuckeligen, super sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt. In der tollen Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt, in dem Boxspringbett lässt es sich wunderbar schlafen, das Bad ist schön geräumig und sogar eine kleine Terrasse ist vorhanden. Fußläufig ist schon nach ein paar Minuten der Strand und auch der Stadtkern erreicht. Wenn wir noch einmal auf Norderney Urlaub machen sollten, wird es auf jeden Fall diese FeWo werden!
