Welcome to the vacation, the new vacation apartment "Strand Quartiere 13a -Koje 3" is on the upper floor and attic of the house and offers space for 4 adults + 1 small child, 1 pet on request, a sauna and loggia.

The new building, which is very close to the beach, is only approx. 150m away from the Dahmer beach promenade and the main beach and offers you enough space to enjoy a relaxing holiday on approx. 61sqm. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a living area, there are 3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet in this vacation property.

Hallo, wir haben es in Dahme schon ganz anders erlebt. Bei dieser Wohnung waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. So sauber und gut ausgestattet hatten wir bisher noch keine. Wir haben nur einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Oben ist das WLAN teilweise sehr schlecht, dort kann man sehr einfach für kleines Geld einen Repeater installieren. Ich musste dort zwischendurch arbeiten. Dies war nur über einen Hotspot vom Handy möglich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Ostseeurlaub mit kleinen Anfangsschwierigkeiten

Die Ferienwohnung an sich und die Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr modern und eine Minute Fußweg von der Strandpromenade gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und besser hätte es uns nicht treffen können. Der Buchungsvorgang war jedoch nicht 100% zufriedenstellend. Über das Buchungsportal haben wir die Wohnung für vier Erwachsene und ein Haustier gebucht. Wir erhielten im Anschluss direkt die Auftragsbestätigung und haben den Gesamtbetrag für den Aufenthalt recht zügig vollständig beglichen. Der Vorgang war für uns aus Mietersicht also erledigt. Kurz vor Antritt der Reise (vier Tage vorher) hat das Buchungsportal offenbar festgestellt, dass bei Auftragsbestätigung vergessen wurde das Haustier mitzuberechnen. Wir erhielten also eine zweite Buchungsbestätigung mit der Aufforderung den Differenzbetrag zu begleichen. Eine kleine Mietpreiserhöhung des Ferienobjektes war auch inbegriffen (meiner Ansicht nach ein No Go, da laut AGB der Vertrag mit Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung und den darin enthaltenen Vertragsdaten zustande gekommen ist). Wir teilten dies bei Ankunft am Vermittlungsbüro mit. Dies bestand jedoch (nicht sehr erfreut über unseren Hinweis) auf Begleichung des Differenzbetrags. Der Differenzbetrag an sich war nicht das Problem. Als Kunde hätte ich jedoch zumindest eine Entschuldigung und freundlichere Haltung diesbezüglich erwartet (der Fehler lag ja nicht bei uns). Dies verlieh unserem Aufenthaltsbeginn leider einen leichten Beigeschmack und deshalb gibt es beim Check-in-Vorgang, der Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats und der Kommunikation mit der Agentur von unserer Seite aus leider Abzug.
